Q: What time should I put my trash out?
🕕 Please place your trash outside in the provided bin by 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Our team starts collection shortly after that.
Q: What happens if I miss a pickup?
🚫 If trash is not out on time, it may be skipped to keep routes efficient. Just hold it until the next service day or text/call us for special cases.
Q: Can I throw out large items (like furniture or TVs)?
🛋️ No, large or bulk items are not included in valet pickup. But if you need help removing them, let us know — we can arrange a separate pickup for a small fee.
Q: What type of bags should I use?
🛍️ Use tied-off trash bags that are leakproof. Do not put loose trash in bins. Recycling should go in a clear or blue bag — glass must be sealed separately.
Q: Do you pick up on holidays?
🎉 On major holidays, there may be a 1-day delay. We’ll notify residents in advance through text or your property manager if the schedule shifts.

- No-Go Items: No loose trash, hazardous materials, oversized items, or leaking bags.
Once it's out, you're done. Our team takes care of everything from there-no stress. We're fast, quiet, and always on time. Because your time and peace matter.
♻️ Recycling Guidelines:
Use a separate clear or blue bag for recycling.
Accepted: Plastic bottles, cans, cardboard (broken down), paper.
Not Accepted: Food waste, plastic bags, or styrofoam.
**IMPORTANT:
✅ Glass Pickup:
We DO accept clean glass bottles and jars. However, glass must be sealed inside a hard container (like a shoebox, plastic tub, or double-bagged in a tied-off bag) and clearly placed next to your trash bin.
Loose or broken glass will not be collected for safety reasons.
